BBTALKIN RUBBER BAND MOUNTS

The BbTalkin rubber band mounts are made for mounting the intercom to any basic water helmet. The package has two mounts and two alcohol pads for cleaning the surface. The mounts come with a M3 adhesive to stick to the helmet. The mounts have rubber rings to secure the intercom in its place. This gives more flexibility when crashing due to the fact the rubber rings have stretch. This also prevents the waterproof case from breaking the backside pins. The case fits with the back pins into the mount. With the rubber mounts you secure the intercom. Before attaching the adhesive to the helmet you need to make sure that the helmet is clean and has no scratches. This will benefit the adhesive when sticking to the helmet. This set comes with two extra rubber bands. Periodically check the condition of the rubber bands holding in your unit. Over time, they may need to be replaced, especially when using in salt water and sun. If you let the condition of the rubber bands deteriorate, you could risk them breaking which would cause it to release the unit. This is not covered under warranty.

BbTalkin sports headset has a speaker built inside and a long boom microphone close to the mouth. The bbtalkin sportset headset has a microphone and speaker that are both replaceable. The speaker pad is for mounting on the left side only. The sportset is for people that prefer to wear sportset headset instead of a helmet and is for all type of head sizes and has an adjustable strap. The boom microphone speaker pad is for mounting on the left side only and also completely replaceable. The special designed male audio jack with screw valve is to seamless connect with the IPX7 waterproof case, that comes with the BbTalkin intercoms. In this way your intercom is IPX7 protected from water and dirt and you can enjoy your watersport with the best watersport communication devise on the market.

BBTALKIN VELCRO TAPE FOR HELMET PADS

The BbTalkin velcro tape for helmet pads (male and female side) are for the BbTalkin mono and stereo helmet speaker pad headsets (B02R & B03R). With the extra BbTalkin velcro you can replace broken or old velcro or equip other size helmets to be able to add the BbTalkin system to other helmets. Place the female velcro close and above the ear on the outside of the helmet. All our headsets have a male velcro tape on the top inside to attach to the velcro on the helmet. The mono speaker helmet pad only needs 1 velcro (left side) per helmet. The stereo helmet speaker pad needs 2 velcro’s (left and right).
BBTALKIN WATERPROOF CASE

The BbTalkin waterproof case is to secure your BbTalkin and protect it from water and dirt with IPX7 rating. Only when the intercom is inside the waterproof case with the screw valve firmly closed it will be waterproof. We don’t recommend to keep the intercom inside the case when not using. Our advise is to get the intercom out after use, dry it to make sure no water or condense is there and secure it in a separate waterproof box far away from humid air. We also advise to put anti fog satchels to the box to make sure no condens stays inside. If you ever see condens or water inside the case. Check all rubbers and make sure they are stil flexible and not dried out. If you are not 100% sure we recommend to replace the waterproof case to be positive it is save in the case. Water damage and corrosion on the intercom is not under warranty.
